Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (€12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Items must be free of damage, dirt, or odors
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Chair pads (Galette de chaise)
  • Chair covers (Housse de chaise)
  • All products marked as « final sale » or « soldes »

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with:

    • Details of the product(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack the item(s) carefully in original packaging with all accessories and documents

  5. Send us the tracking number once the package is shipped

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will email you to notify receipt of the returned item
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The credit will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another product from our collection (buffets, extendable tables, folding chairs, etc.):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your request that you want an exchange and specify the new desired item
  • We will process the exchange once the original item is returned and inspected
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

International Returns

For customers outside France:

  • International returns may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which will not be refunded
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
  • Items damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for refund
